Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days within the United States. Expedited shipping (1–3 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee. Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States only. We are working on expanding international shipping — subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when your country becomes available.
Is there free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150. Orders below this threshold have a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your location.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also use our Track Your Order page — enter your order number (starting with GM-) to see real-time updates.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us at info@gourmarines.org or calling +1 610-868-7652. After this window, your order may already be in processing and changes cannot be guaranteed.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
We’re sorry to hear that! Please take photos of the damaged packaging and product immediately, then contact us within 48 hours at info@gourmarines.org. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping needed for damaged items.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Sale items and accessories under $20 are final sale and cannot be returned.
How do I start a return?
Email us at info@gourmarines.org with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 1 business day with a prepaid return label and instructions. Do not ship items back without contacting us first.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2–5 days to appear on your statement.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it?
Yes! We offer exchanges within 30 days for a different size, color, or model of equal or greater value. Contact us at info@gourmarines.org to start an exchange and we’ll guide you through the process.

Products
What bike or scooter size is right for me?
Size depends on your height and riding style. As a general guide: under 5’4″ → Small frame, 5’4″–5’9″ → Medium frame, 5’9″+ → Large frame. For scooters, most adults fit the standard size. If you’re unsure, contact us and we’ll help you choose the perfect fit.
Are your electric scooters street legal?
Street legality for electric scooters varies by state and city. Most of our scooters comply with federal regulations (max 20 mph, under 750W motor). However, local laws differ — we recommend checking your city and state regulations before riding on public roads.
Do your e-scooters come assembled?
Most scooters arrive 95% pre-assembled — you’ll only need to unfold the stem, attach the handlebars, and charge the battery. Full assembly instructions are included, and setup takes around 10–15 minutes. Bikes require slightly more assembly and include a detailed manual.
What is the weight limit for your scooters and bikes?
Weight limits vary by model. Most of our standard scooters support up to 220 lbs (100 kg), while our heavy-duty models support up to 265 lbs (120 kg). Bikes typically support 220–300 lbs depending on the frame. Always check the specific product page for your model’s limit.
Do you sell spare parts and accessories?
Yes! We carry a full range of spare parts, accessories, and replacement components — from tires and batteries to helmets and locks. Visit our Accessories section or contact us for a specific part you need.

Warranty
What does the warranty cover?
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Frame & structure: 2 years. Battery & electronics: 1 year. Parts & components: 6 months. It does not cover wear and tear, accident damage, or unauthorized modifications. See our full Warranty Page for details.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Email info@gourmarines.org with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or a short video showing the defect. Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days and confirm next steps.
Is the warranty transferable if I sell my bike?
No — our warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required for all warranty claims.

Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure.
Do you offer installment payments or financing?
Yes! We offer Buy Now, Pay Later options through Shop Pay Installments and Affirm. You can split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments or choose longer financing terms at checkout. Available for orders over $50.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption and we never store your full credit card details on our servers. All payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment providers. Your financial information is always safe with us.
I was charged but didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
First, check your spam/junk folder — confirmation emails sometimes land there. If you still can’t find it, contact us at info@gourmarines.org with the email address used at checkout and we’ll locate your order immediately.
