All prices on the Gourmarines website are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD). If you are paying with an international card or PayPal account in a different currency, your bank or payment provider will handle the conversion at their current exchange rate. Additional foreign transaction fees may apply depending on your card issuer.
Prices displayed at checkout are final and include any applicable taxes. We do not add hidden fees at the payment stage — what you see is what you pay.

Your payment is charged at the time your order is confirmed — not when it ships. You will receive an email receipt immediately after your payment is processed.
Taxes
Sales tax is calculated based on your delivery address and applicable state/local tax rates. The tax amount will be displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Failed Payments
If your payment fails, your order will not be processed. Please check that your card details are correct, that your billing address matches your bank’s records, and that your card has sufficient funds or credit available. If the issue persists, try a different payment method or contact your bank.
Duplicate Charges
If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same order, contact us immediately at info@gourmarines.org. We will investigate and resolve any billing errors within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of approval and returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take an additional 2–5 business days to appear on your statement.
Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably through our customer support team. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution and affect your ability to make future purchases with us.
