Installation & Safety Check

Follow the installation guide closely and ensure all screws are tightened securely before riding.

Initial Charging

Fully charge the e-scooter upon receipt. Avoid riding with low battery to prevent battery damage.

Safe Charging Guidelines

Turn off the scooter before charging. Connect the charger to the HALO KNIGHT scooter first, then plug into the power socket. Use only the original charger. After charging, unplug from the power socket first, then from the HALO KNIGHT scooter. Avoid metal contact with charging ports to prevent short circuits.

Pre-Ride Inspection & Gearing

Check that all screws and the safety lock are secure. Start with low gear to become familiar with the scooter before riding at higher speeds.

Controller Protection (for Dual-Drive Models Only)

If your model supports dual drive, please use dual-drive mode when riding uphill or at high speeds to prevent overheating and potential controller failure. Extended use in single-drive mode under heavy load may damage the rear controller.

Do Not Modify Meter Settings

Avoid unauthorized changes to the meter’s P settings. Improper modifications may cause malfunctions and void the warranty.
